Framing  details

1. remove two walls in center area downstairs and replace with 14" laminated beams
2. change w/d room door off upstairs kitchen to 2-8
3. move 4 doors - kitchen, first floor ne bedroom, first floor laundry, 2nd floor laundry - we must be able to fit a side by side washer dryer in both kitchen closets
4. clean up site
5. Half wall around upstairs loft
6. fur downs in bathrooms as required by plumber
