As a prospective buyer, you now have a choice of representation - an agent can represent you or the seller.  By signing a buyer representation agreement with Joseph, he is legally bound to work in your interest, including strategies of negotiation and making offers on properties.  Either way, when scheduling home visits, Joseph will disclose who he represents in the transaction.
